The term ‘you’ denotes the person or company publishing or consuming content. The term ‘user’ denotes a registered or unregistered person who is visiting the Papeair website or its applications.
The product and service are currently being developed. ‘Papeair’ team will make sure that as the development progresses, the appropriate sections and appropriate paragraphs will be added to the Terms and Conditions.
Although Papeair may attempt to notify you of changes made to these Terms & Conditions, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version on the Papeair website. Papeair may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
When using services that Papeair will offer, you will always retain all rights to your work and can add or remove content from Papeair at your own discretion. Using Papeair will be a non-exclusive agreement. You can also use the alternative services without requiring any permission from Papeair. You will always maintain the full rights to your work. When using the service, you will maintain the right to edit, update or remove the content at your own discretion.
Papeair will only publish content according to the specifications you have selected. You will always be able to maintain a private book on Papeair and never publish it.
Papeair will be offering the ISBN number allocation. The ISBN numbers will be acquired and owned by Papeair (publisher) but will be registered with your book’s title and your author’s name. This will be a non-transferable ISBN.
